In which country is the manufacturer of fine crystal Baccarat located?

I went to the Baccarat Museum in Paris back in the 90’s. Stunning. I had wanted to tour the factory, but they were closed for holiday at the time. It’s disturbing that it’s in the hands of the communist Chinese now.
