Saw this painting a few weeks ago at Buckingham Palace. Looks like a painting on the wall behind the piano, rather than a reflection.

Vel, The woman is playing an instrument standing up (not seated). In closeup you can see the keys (similar to piano keys), and the man's slightly open mouth.
