Love the cake and can be so beautiful when you dehydrate pineapple slices in oven to pinch up like a flower and place on top of the cake pushing into the homemade cream cheese frosting. This is the recipe I use for my birthday celebrations. So very good and feeds many folks so rich and filling. Yummy š

It sounds delicious. I have a wonderful local bakery where they will make any recipe I give them. It's pricey, but not prohibitive. Maybe for a midwinter pick-me-up in January--the grey month.
