Which of the following vegetables grows so fast that it can actually be heard?

My Dad grew rhubarb in his garden. My Mom would the then bake him his favorite rhubarb pie for his birthday. Miss you !

I have read that bamboo shoots grow incredibly fast, maybe 20cm a day. I don't know whether they can be heard. But bamboo shoots are a common food in Asia. I like to eat them.
