Some people are presently trying to get The Grapes of Wrath banned from school libraries. Don't know why except fearing kids will learn?

toe jam, both of my parents were born during the Great Depression too. Only my dad was a spender, and my mother was a saver/hoarder. My aunt was born in 1929. My mom was born in 1936. I think more in my mother's family was born during that time. Those were some really bad times! RIP Mom and Auntie.
