Catmad, can't say that I love Elvis but my dad sure did. I do have fond memories of watching one awful Elvis film after another with him. When I shared my thoughts he assured me that I had it all wrong and that it wasn't about the acting it was about the king. I must have really loved my dad!!!

I remember ordering this before it came out, from a record shop in Wembley. I think it was his first release since leaving the army. Everyone had waited so long to buy his music if you didn't order it you would've had to wait until they pressed a second batch. I'd only just started work aged 15.
