Hallowe'en is the most fun celebration of the year. From the costumes to the hoards of children ringing your doorbell yelling out, "Trick or Treat!", it is just a riot. I used to work with mentally handicapped adults and Hallowe'en was a riot for them as well. From the costumes and make-up to putting work on hold and having treats and dances, they looked forward to Hallowe'en as well.
