"Fruit of the Poisonous Tree" doctrine isn't recognized as a rule of law for courts to use in which country?

Well hang on to your hats folks, cuz we now have a King to throw all that pesky Constitution stuff out of the window!!

Inspite of upholding the law - as they have sworn to do - it is outrageous for anyone to break the law in order to arrest/prosecute another law breaker. Like our beloved politicians, who swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States, spend our tax dollars in every attempt to steal our rights, subvert and/or rewrite the Constitution for their special interests, bribes from Lobbyists (which should be outlawed!) and their personal financial gain. I am angry. Can you tell?
