What is the breed of this dog?

aAnd the poor animals suffer pain and are suseptible to lung/chest illnesses, because oof cruel 'breed' standards. Not vjust dogs but cats, rabbits, and some farm animal are bred for unnatural appearances, to win shows.

doesn't look like an english bulldog to me either and i've lived in england for 55yrs
