The poem "Tam o' Shanter" was written by which Scottish poet?

I love Robert Burns. He’s one of my favorite poets. My favorite poem of his is “my love is like a red red rose”. I had to memorize a poem and recite it to my class when I was in grade school. This was the poem I chose. So beautiful.
