If someone would invest money into say Aberdeen , Hearts , Hibernian or Dundee Utd then it would certainly make the league much more interesting. I mean Rangers were demoted to the Fourth tier and won every league to get back into the Scottish too flight.. while away Celtic won every season and no other club came close to challenging them. Makes there League boring and pretty predictable in my opinion. Celtic & Rangers are now struggling in European competitions these days. Unlike the 90's & 2000's when both clubs had some genuinely world class players.

That's around 37 years and just goes to shows that Scotish Football is a joke in terms of competitiveness and in comparison to the English Football League. Or even Leagues not considered to be The top leagues in Europe like Italy ,Spain ,Germany & France. Secondary to those are the top flight leagues in Portugal , Netherlands , Turkey ,Belgium or Russia or Ukrainian. Even Sweden , Switzerland & Austria top flight leagues have more teams fighting for there championships.
