I really cannot believe people did not listen to the lyrics at all from this song. I got it right away in 1975, " Good bye Yellow brick road, where the hounds of society howl, you can't plant me in your penthouse, I'm going on back to my plow..." how can this be about anything else? perhaps it was because I was friends with girls, a couple of boys, who were in this situation with sugar daddies, at the time.
