Why is the American actor Morgan Freeman a preferred choice for narration of films and documentaries?

I Love Morgan Freeman to bite! the Shawshank redemption is a brilliant film, have seen it at least 3 times, and am still blown away by it every time I see it!

Morgan Freeman is one of my favorite people in movies or as the narrator, he is the best. Just can't get enough of his work.

I'll watch the film because he stars in it, well received or not.

Morgan Freeman is an Icon. Not many actors have the dignity he has. He is so open and honest in any interview on TV. I like him when he stars with Michael Cane.. like the movie Going in Style.. and Batman ..and some many others
