In what U.S. state can you visit the Space Needle?

Awesome sight to see from the streets, not worth the cost of the elevator ride or high priced sad food inside. It's been years so maybe the food is better now.

I recall as a child seeing posters advertising the World's Fair and the picture of the ultra modern designed Space Needle. Never saw it person. Probably wouldn't take elevator ride because of fear of heights
