I have a big problem with people who litter. Keeping places litter free simply needs every single person to take responsibility for his/her own rubbish. Why do people find this so hard to do?

the biggest litterers I see don't even know that they are. they put trash in cans that goes all over when the trash collector throws it on the truck. that's 2 people contributing to litter the streets secure your trash = less litter.
