The Baltimore oriole is the state bird of which U.S. state?

All of these years I've always known the baseball team named for a pretty bird. Did not know it's actually called a Baltimore Oriole!

a female had shown up at my feeder in Georgia this spring during migration. I was so pleased to see her!
