Nerve injuries are classified into how many broad categories?

I feel the same since my surgery of Reverse shoulder replacement on my left arm.

I have peripheral neuropathy causing pain rather than loss of movements. Has improved since taking anti epileptic meds, although I'm not epileptic. Just glad to have less pain
