My favourite guilty cholesterol pleasure 6+weeks ripe Baron Bigod made with raw milk at Fen Farm Suffolk..The milk is from their own cows that graze by River Waveney. Great Brie and it's Goo is like Wine , OK whenever better with maturity.

I love it baked in a Puff pastry shell with cranberries, walnuts and a tad of sugar. The only cheese I don't care for is Limburger, but I haven't tasted all of the varieties.
