Bokmål is one of the two written variations of which Scandinavian language?

I new this because in Australian TV, SBS has the language spoken, the name of the language, in the movie. And I looked up the meaning, a decade ago.

Wow ... "mal" in my language, Korean, literally means language or spoken word.
