Player Say what?! I believe Merle Haggard was at Johnny Cash's 1963 Folsom Prison concert which was not recorded. The Folsom Prison album was recorded in January of 1968. Cash told the audience at Madison Square Gardens about it, that concert was also recorded for an album.

Player Say what!?, Some of that in California, was due to Johnny's being arrested at LAX for Marijuana. Sentenced to Community Service, and some time other than the show at Folsum.

Player #46363221, I'm a fan, My significant other Martha died in 2003, as did June Carter Cash. I know we had similar loss issues. ( It was not financially feasible to marry due to tax structures) .
