I’m very smart , So it is basically India wanted Jammu and Kashmir to be part of India, however Pakistan is angry because there is such thing as PoK (Pakistan-occupied Kashmir) and IoK (India-occupied Kashmir). So when India did that amendment thing, Pakistan got angry because of entire Kashmir being India and not Pakistan. It is a dispute and also both of them has nuclear arms which is more dangerous
