Who played a crack addict in the 1991 film "Jungle Fever"?

I really like her acting. She almost hit me with her Range Rover as I was leaving my dentist office just off Wilshire Blvd. she was trying to avoid a slew of paparazzi at the time. I only knew it was her (she was wearing sunglasses and a baseball cap) when I asked one of the photographers "what's all the fuss about"? In her defense, it was an underground lot and she was wearing the sunglasses!
