Petri I do too. I make a Lasagna recipe I call Likity Split! I layer sauce, Spinach & Cheese Tortellini, Ricotta & Mozzarella. I use a 13 X 9 Casserole. Bake it for like 30 minutes. “Mangiare”!

Tremain White, I have never seen ricotta with a rind. what kind of ricotta is it? I have had cow and goat (my favorite) and neither have a rind.
