Telephobia is the fear of what?

Tele is actually distance as in telephone , telescope,television , so as usual it’s poor question setting. It is unlikely any professional tasked with a diagnosis would be so vague . I think everyone suffers from fear of the phone if there’s a possibility of bad news.
