TRUE CANADIAN Laurel, IMHO The 1934 version of "The Scarlet Letter" was so much better than the 1995 version. However, the 1926 version is the best adaptation according to critics. There have been 13 movie adaptations & 1 TV Miniseries made thus far. There would also be a lot of men wearing that same "A".
