Which of the following sauces is made by adding wine?

RushMama2112, Alcohol is cooked off. I have friends with same issue but have no issues with cooked spirits.

I bet it's delicious. I can't have alcohol anymore, though; doesn't play well with my meds. :(

I love cooking with it! Also Marsala wine & Sherry!

Madeira sauce is wonderful, especially with chicken!
