It doesn't just have it hanging out of the mouth. A male camel in full rut shakes his head up and down so the dulla wobbles like a half inflated gigantic red haemorrhoid with strings of spittle hanging off like an over mozzarella'd pizza and all the time making a deep gurgling sound like thick mud going down a street drain. It will literally try to kill anything that gets between it and the object of it's desire.
Camels are an imported pest in the Aussie outback but there is a healthy market for both the meat and young live camels with the Saudis, who race them, the Aussie camels being much stronger than overbred local camels.

Never heard of this. The only dula I know of is the midwife I think. Either way that looks uncomfortable and serves no great purpose but to inhibit breathing and normal posture of the tongue. I don’t get it. Huh?
