After the Hurricane Katrina disaster (2005), who suggested that New Orleans could be bulldozed, not rebuilt?

sandstorm, we actually discussed having Disney rebuild all the historic buildings in Nola over in Biloxi. We have to pump water out of Nola-and Biloxi is dry. It didn’t happen, but it should have.

sandstorm, unfortunately timing is everything at the moment ppl didn't want to hear that about there home town but it is something that needs to be considered especially since that part of the country has been experiencing more extreme weather since Katrina jmo
