As of 2021, how many countries in the world have the death penalty?

Well..didn't include the USA. The murderer in Idaho is looking at a death sentence. But in this case, it might very well be warranted. The man who murdered those four students in their beds doesn't appear to have any remorse whatsoever. I think it was also warranted in the case of Ted Bundy and other serial killers. but it isn't necessarily a deterrent.
