I have never seen breadfruit before but I have 6 fig trees in my garden. The fruit is ripe now. There is so much that I give bags full to all my neighbours. We couldn’t eat that many in a year so it’s better than letting it go to waste. The neighbours love them too. It’s also a good way to get to know people and build relationships with them. I can truly say I learned something today. I love breadfruit steamed and I have eaten a fig, but would never guess they are same type of fruit. amazing fun game. ! ! !
