Which disciple of Jesus had the epithet 'Iscariot'?

Iscariot is derived from the Hebrew ish Kiryat, which means man of the town. I recommend the book: "The gospel according to Judas" by Amos Oz.

I've not heard of judas

zico, well the question does say disciple. and while I'm not familiar with all of them I don't recall hearing about a disciple named Simon.
