Yes, reason why I know all about origami is because I've actually been to Japan (Nippon, in Japanese) twice in my early boyhood years during the 1980s, and by my photogenic memory too...

Back in high school in the 70' a friend's sister was getting married and they needed 1,000 red origami cranes handmade, so a bunch of us friends helped her make all 1,000 of them! Another time we helped make gold origami cranes too, suppose to be "therapeutic", they say...lol
