What is this organ found in bees, wasps, bumblebees and hornets called?

We went to the beach and a wasp crawled into my can of soda. Took a drink and it stung me on the roof of my mouth. Took my wife a few minutes to figure out what I was screaming about and then she pulled to stinger out for me. This was about 15 minutes after my daughter got stung on the tip of her tongue. Fun day at the beach!!

My brother got stung back to back by a wasp and his whole face swelled so bad to where it had eyes eyes swollen almost shut! He was highly allergic and my parents and I didn’t know he was allergic!

And it definetly hurts bad to get stung!
