Talin, have you ever tried very cold gazpacho on a hot day? I make a gallon at a time with red ripe tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, garlic, vinegar olive y, salt and water and keep it in the fridge at 33 degrees in a bottle of milk. Try drinking it straight from the in bottle when you're really feeling hot and thirsty and I guarantee you will totally love it! Very healthy too.. .

I have had it served to me with ice cubes in it.
