What is the function of a manometer?

They are commonly used for HVAC systems maintenance, meteorological & weather conditions monitoring, monitoring of gas pressure in piping systems, fluid flow measurements, physiological measurements (like blood pressure) & compressor systems operations monitoring.

jsh, it's normally used like for oxygen or gas cylinders. So they use it to see how much is left inside. Because you can't see inside the cylinder.
