First broadcast in 1946, which children's TV show featured the title character dancing on top of a piano?

Never realised Muffin had such history. My Mum has a metal puppet of Muffin from when she was a girl in the late 1940's / 50's. I shall treasure him.

I loved watching Muffin the Mule and other children's programmes of that time. No doubt they would seem very old - fashioned to children today but we had little to choose from then - only the BBC.
