I was around 13 years old when my best friend and I 1st heard the Beatles on the radio. We laughed and made fun of the name of the band! They were like a drug for us pre-teens! We went to see them when they came Detroit. Which was a waste of money, we couldn't hear them because everybody was screaming at the top of their lungs. Couldn't see them because nobody was sitting down. We left because people were rushing the stage! It was a "bad scene"!
