This question is kind of misleading the actual founder of Christianity is St Paul. He wasn’t even one of the 12 Apostles of Jesus. He was originally antagonist to the idea but later started preaching in the first century. Of the 27 books in the New Testament, 13 or 14 books are traditionally attributed to St Paul, though only 7 of these Pauline epistles are accepted as being entirely authentic.
