I think Capri pants are flattering on NO ONE. Maybe a skinny eight year old girl would be okay in them. I also loathe those ubiquitous cargo pants !! So sick of seeing them !!

This is going to upset a lot of women, but CAPRI-LENGTH PANTS MAKE YOU LOOK DUMPY. Midi-length skirts do the same thing. When you cut your leg in half at mid-calf, you look shorter, and consequently, fatter. Even thin women look chopped off. For a really flattering look, try pedal-pusher length (bottom of the kneecap) shorts.
