1stSteve, because of your comment I've been trying to find out what "astral body" really means and it seems to be nothing to do with objects in space but is, in philosophy, "an aspect of the human body being neither solely physical nor solely spiritual".
I think the question should have asked about "Celestial Bodies", which would allow the moon to be correct.

The moon is NOT an astral body! Astral means 'of the stars'! The moon is merely part of the solar system.
