A business which specializes in answering or making phone calls has which name?

Those Indian accents can be really hard on the English language for certain. I had to ask to be passed on to three different operators due to my inability to understand the previous ones.

Grrrr!! Typically, the most annoying and frustrating time you csn have on your phone. Especially when dealing with non-native English speakers (being American). The difficulty communicating is aggravating (all so the business can hire cheap labor!) It's an awful business model, imo.
