Almost 20 years ago I met a person who taught me the basics of nutrition. I had been a regular customer of this kind of places but that changed rapidly as soon as I learned what I had been consuming. After I stopped going there my health improved considerably. I’d say it took about a year or so but my weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc went back to their normal levels. The only time I have been back to McDonalds was about five years ago because I needed to use the bathroom
