In which country is this automobile suspension bridge called the Sidu River Bridge located?

Clidge, Could possibly be the return of "Gallopin' Gertie" (Tacoma Narrows Bridge).

Looks like a really elaborate bridge for what appears to be dirt roads. I wonder if it sways in the wind, they probably get some strong winds through the ravine.
