Ronnie was a god among singers, his voice belied his small stature. Sang originally with Elf, then Rainbow, then Sabbath then with his own band Dio. At the risk of tons of hatemail, I preferred the Dio era of Black Sabbath to the Ozzy one. Ozzy was much better after he left Sabbath.
