This is a terrible question with rubbish answer. The Gregorian calendar is categorically not exactly 365 days otherwise why would we have leap years, with exceptions. Its predecessor, the Julian calendar, work from exactly 365.25 days per year but that was inaccurate and caused a slippage of 3 days every 400 years.
