Which country is in a dispute between Greece and Turkey?

I THINK CYPRUS SHOULD BE ABE TO HAVE CONTROL OVER ITS OWN COUNTRY. WHY SHOULD OTHER COUNTRIES DECIDE WHAT GOES WHERE?

My parents were immigrants from Cyprus. So I know it's history quite well. My parents who had properties lost everything during the Turkish occupation. I have tried as an American citizen to retrieve my parents properties. But to no avail. It's so unfair to the people who live in this beautiful country. they should be able to run their own country without meddling.
