One of the best books I’ve ever read. Unfortunately, Hollywood has yet to make a movie that actually resembles the great literary work. If BBC did it; they’d probably get it right. They follow novels more accurately than anything in Hollywood.

Julie, actually the BBC did do a TV series in 1971 - starting Philip Madoc - that started my lifelong fascination with Native American culture. Still worth a watch today!
