Only veggies are starchy, no green veggies. Deep frying everything. How do these people survive?

its very similar in the Philippines eating fish w/ gata and w/boiled banana or boiled cassava then fruits for dessert

my least favorite foods: Coconut and fish. I guess I wont be going to the Maldives anytime soon
