ZimboBimbo, I think Das was producing typos in his comment. Elvis only performed in the USA and Canada. He was, of course, in Germany during his time in the US Army but I never heard that he ever traveled outside America. I believe his manager, Col. Parker was the problem: I read somewhere that he would, indeed, not have been allowed back in the US if he once left. I wonder what he did...
