I loved this song. Every Beatle member had great songs after they split up.. The only other group that had solo hits was Queen. But the Beatles .. have the record for group and solo hits I believe. I could be wrong.

tanker2933, It was ruled that he did it subconsciously. Paul said of writing Yesterday that he thought he must have heard that melody somewhere before and searched for it. Of course he never found another. it happens though.

He was found to have plagiarised a song by the chiffons.
